spotlight2Do we perform for a living, or do we audition for a living? And in that two-minute audition, how can I do my best to convince the “powers that be” that I’m the perfect person for my dream role? An actor is a business person. The more you understand how to market your talents, the better off you are.

Join Spinning Tree founders, Broadway veterans and professional theatre producer/directors Michael Grayman and Andy Parkhurst along with musical director extraordinaire Angie Benson for a 2-hour intensive on Auditioning for Musical Theatre.

  • How to choose appropriate and effective audition cuts and songs
  • How (and what) to communicate with the monitor, the accompanist and the people behind the table
  • How to represent yourself to the best of your ability that day
  • …and so much more!

Enrollment is limited. Each attendee will receive one-on-one training and instruction.

Call (816) 569-5277 to enroll, or for more information.
